About Coach Chris

Chris understands that most runners don’t need more information—
they need help making better training decisions, consistently.

Because reaching your potential isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing what matters, in the right context.

Ultrarunning demands a training approach that is specific to you—
your current strengths, your limiters, and the realities of your life—
while aligning with the demands of the race you’re preparing for.

Chris specialises in identifying what’s actually holding your performance back—and what isn’t. From there, training is built to target those limiters, while continuing to develop the strengths that move the needle.

The result isn’t just a structured plan.

It’s a system that helps you understand why you’re training the way you are,
adapt around real-world constraints, and make consistently better decisions in both training and racing.

Chris is a UESCA-certified, AUTRA endorsed ultramarathon running coach who offers his clients a competitive combination of proven race success and highly effective coaching practices.

With a slew of top 10 and top 20 finishes at some of South Australia’s most well known trail races including Yurebilla 56k, Cape to Bay 68k, Heysen 100k, and the Belair Marathon, as well as a sub-14hr silver buckle finish at Ultra Trail Australia, Chris knows what it takes to train at a competitive level and translate this preparation into race day success.
